Try using different textured brushes for your layer masks... play with dynamic brush controls for example. Also, matching lighting is 80% of making a composition look real, accomplish that primarily with curves, shadow/highlight, hue/sat, and match color; adjustment layers are your friends.

Very nice job mate, shame about that monument being so dark. Would of liked to have seen it lighter, looks out of place in this.
