One thing I hated about soul train was the lip syncing. I guess that was safer given that was the BIG stage but the performers were talented enough to get through their songs.

I thing the album was under rated and I guess some people was not feeling the Sensitivity thing. It was a great album that came out the wrong time. To me it was a good project

I think this is the song I saw on VH1 Soul today w/ my sister and Ralph looked so HOT. I am sure I saw this back in the day when it aired...I just forgot about a lot of these really cool songs. He was licking ice cream & kissing the girl in the video..and my sis and I rewind like 2 times. Wow.
