Ricky-boy here is the biggest legal hack of all time... maybe after Andrew Napolitano, though. The free market is a religious belief, and this self-appointed "world’s most distinguished legal scholar" is its greatest prophet. Props to him though for pretty much single-handedly creating the entire field of law and economics to publish libertarian propaganda in "peer-reviewed" journals.

Hmm...Napolitano was a Superior Court Judge in NJ while Judge Posner currently sits on the 7th Circuit, a Presidentially-appointed position. Judge Posner is also one of the most prolific and most cited contemporary judges. All you have put forth here is an ad hominem attack without offering any substantial argument contradicting his point of view. The free market is a religious belief? Too much empirical evidence for that to be so.
