Baisho Chieko looks very Japanese, trust me, I know, being Japanese myself. Having said that, you should know that the immigration patterns from ancient times have been via the southern islands, through Korea and the Ainus (proto-Caucasoid from the north). I have been mistaken for Thai, Korean, Chinese, Tibetan, etc. Anyway, I love Chieko's songs. Bravo!

In the way, I prefer this singer better than Mika. Mika is good, she can sing in correct tune, but not expressing enough for lyrics.
