I spoke to an old Tibetan once. He told stories about being trained and armed by CIA to fight the PLA. The insurrection against the Chinese government was conceived and guided by CIA. Tibet has, is and will always be part of China. Dalai Lama has been on the CIA payroll for half a century now. The most he can do is orchestrating sporadic violence for the mainstream media.
