@Haydenr337 The golden rod and net are supposed to make it easier to catch fish and bugs; the golden shovel lets you randomly dig up money bags; and the golden axe never breaks.

@shinyshinx76: No, they are golden shovel trees. If you bury a shovel into the daily glowing spot, a golden sapling appears. If it matures into a full-size tree (depending on whether that particular spot will support a tree or not), you will have one permanently golden tree. It will also give you a golden shovel the first time you shake it.

I dislike how in AC City Folk they made the deep-voiced characters, such as static and many others, old. In the Gamecube version they were just mean and really funny to talk to. When I first played it I was expecting something along the lines of "Go away I'm busy." or "Why are you even talking to me." instead I got "I'm not as peppy as you young ones are.".......-_-

@MrToad011: I don't know specifically, but I would check any stores that sell used games in your area. And their inventory changes often, so I would keep trying every week or so. If you're able to order online, there are other options...but remember that you'll need the U.K. (PAL) version.

@thekevinlittletoad: I'm not sure if there's a cheat for them, but they will occasionally be buried in town and you can dig them up. You may also get them from the animals.

i think it's cool u still play older games. this game was a lot better in many ways such as flowers not dying without water, mini trees, gold trees, people not moving as much etc. but i love the new one too with wifi and better graphics etc. awesome video thx for bringing back memories
