Hmm... if that's the case, i suggest that we refrain from exploiting too much from customizing advance options of the converter like the Bit Rate, Frame Rate, Resolution and Frame Skip and Buffering as well. The ready-made set-ups should be able to resolve audio-video timing problems.

Technically, yes, they're souls. But these abilities are de-facto standard moves for Castlevania games, whether they belong to vampires or vampire hunters.

Did you know you could be Julius without cheating? Here is how if you didn't know:

Beat the game at least once with the best ending.(I wouldn't be surprised if you already did) Now start a new game with the profile named "JULIUS" without the quotes. It is harder than being Soma and no he dosn't get up to 6000 hp (that'd be sweat thought)He gets up to 800 hp and becomes a little stronger if you collect the orb after defeating each boss. You can only go as far as defeating Graham.

The sequel to this game (Dawn of Sorrow For the DS) is good. Its better than this game in terms of Graphics, story, and gameplay. If you like Castlevania then I would recomend buying it or just getting an emulator for it. I've never played PoR though.

Death is IMO the toughest boss that you can ever fight, because you fight it at a very low level. What works for me is to have a lot of potions at hand. Hint: Obtaining the kicker skeleton's soul beforehand will give you a boost in avoiding the scythe attack.

This is pretty awesome, but if you have Playstation and have CastleVania:Symphony of the Night....try playing the Naked Alucard Challenge. Don't equip Alucard with anything, just normal clothes and his hands and try to beat the game...THATS A Challenge. I am about 70% doing it and i have been at it for anout 5 months

Claimh Solais is a holy-elemental weapon. Julius' element, if I am not mistaken, is holy. Therefore, that would be a bad choice. If you want to be cheap, use the Silver Gun. If it's your first try or you want to rely on non-cheap tactics, a dark weapon such as Kaladbolg would be much more effective than the Claimh Solais.

The key is that All Belmont attacks (except jump with whip) have a flaw: They can be seen in advance. Know to recognize which animations precede an attack. (I'd explain more but I ran out of space)

Another thing: For the first part of the fight, every 4 punches received, Julius stops his attack: He gets hurt and retreats. (Repeat as necessary). When you take away 3000 HP from him he uses the super cross attack and this rule disappears.
