i knew sophie.. i laughed with her.. i miss her terribly.
I was able to partake in a charity event that was for her foundation on saturday (12th).. i was very poorly and i was told by a few people to stay home and rest. i went.. i performed and i had such a wonderful time.. all to be able to say i did what i could to help.. i would do it again in a heartbeat.. she meant that much to me.. her family, her friends.. she wont ever be forgotten..

It was probably the hardest decision in their life to let Sophie go... it really is not fair to judge her family or question their actions.

Her family obviously decided that it was in Sophie's best interest to let her go than to have her go through life brain dead. I'm sure that, under the circumstances, they felt it was the right thing to do for Sophie. We put our pets to sleep when they are suffering and sometimes, you have to do the same for humans. RIP Sophie. <3

At least Sophie's family can have some small measure of peace, with the sentences that the judge handed down. Sophie was a very beautiful girl. Now, she can be at peace with God.

The perpetrators were sentenced to at least 16 and 18 years imprisonment. yet that cannot bring back the dead. Let's just hope that the years jail takes away from the boys will allow them to learn to love.
