okay whatever you do in the openworld affects what you do witjh the characters, in the begining you take a test on stuff about your character and that test decides your fate in a way, so if you makr down your a alchohalic your character will go to the bar to talk to people or if your a smoker you meet the people at a smoking gallerey,its ahrd to explain

Whenever I feel like I would be dissapointed by a re-make or something similar, I just try to think of it as a stand alone game (how would I have looked at this game if this was the first one out?)

no its not.. basicly they are starting the series over, hence retelling.. its basicly a rethought out version of the first game.. its not a remake though.. or a sequel .. all it is is a retelling.. they hope to reboot the franchise much like batman begins rebooted the batman movies.
