@messthetics Haha fantastic! Yeah I owned ISS Deluxe on the SNES (and have since rebought it) and it was fantastic, this and Deluxe were easily two of the best soccer games in the 16-bit era, an era that saw a lot of bad soccer games.

@spinct83 Yep I totally agree with you and nowadays sports games have god-awful soundtracks featuring bands you've never heard of! This stuff is much much better. I have ISS Deluxe on the SNES and its definately one of the best soccer games ever.

@indiana1977 I never had this growing up but I had ISS Deluxe which was pretty much the same game and it was fantastic! A lot of soccer games on the SNES were bad but this was one of the best for sure.

Very nostalgic now... almost cried - memories of most of sleepless nights to complete International Cup and other menus and I was around 7-9 y.o. and used to play this until age 14. Amazing game - even better than any other football game out now!! Ah, I still remember many of my mates came to my place to play this lol xD they had PS1 and even then new - PS2 !! and just absolute quality of fun, yes, just fun - no headaching of modern games just laughs and laughs
