you need more focus on the after effects portion of this video, 8min of adding text in photoshop and 2.5 min of whats actually useful to the people watching the video. which you could've took 5 sec and said "import/create a pic in photoshop add your selection text and import with after effects" then show us the after effects. cuz thats all we want really.

Just a suggestion. You wasted a lot of time searching around for your photoshop file and then seemed pressed for time at the end.

Why not take the time to edit out your mistakes. The viewer doesn't need to watch you struggling to find where you stored your photoshop file.

Or you could run through it one time before recording it so you know where you file is beforehand.

@egeefay Yeah, what happened was i suddenly decided to incorporate AE into the video :S.

In my newest videos I have switched to Screenflow which has dramatically streamlined my process and i now edit my videos. As much as i want to go back and improve my old videos, many are featured and have built up views and popularity which i do not want to loose.

However when newer versions of the applications are available i amy re-record some tutorials to incorporate new features. Many Thanks

Yes, You want to add movement and video clips in after effects though. Create all the layout and framework in Photoshop.

its an expression that animates a value randomly. you can use it for anything like scale... position... etc...

there are lots of expressions in AE but that is the main one i use.
