  • i bet he took 3 hours to do this

  • these chips are really cool i double moded my wii with the wiikey fusion and a drive key and they both work really well

  • double modded?? cool. I've heard of the drive key, since it's ridiculously easy to install, and pretty clever, but what's the wiikey fusion?

  • @NDOBpro isnt the wii key fusion not out yet?

  • So, I bought one of these from a re-seller...I don't have the config disc or really understand what to do with it once I get it. I solder this in, burn a config disc, and run it from the disc channel? Then it loads the firmware for this or something?

Thanks. Sorry to be so noob.

  • non si capisce un cazzo..complimenti..

  • hello,

i have tried it on my wii model GC2-DMS but it won't work!!! when i put the mod i can't eject cds or insert cd!! and when i removed it the wii works fine!!

    HELP PLSSSSSSSSS

  • I have no idea. I really don't know what to tell you. Just make sure that you have everything soldered in the right spots, i guess. Maybe you have a faulty chip, or something.

  • sorry if this sounds stupid, but i heard it matters what software updates you have done. is this true?

  • not if its a hard mod (chip) but it matters if its a soft mod (twilight hack) it really screws up your wii if its softmodded then you update your wii to firmware 4.0

  • if i have a USA wii with wiikey 2 will i be able to play japan backups?

  • yes you should

  • cool all i really want to play is Tatsunoko vs. Capcom lol

  • it works on my wii

  • At about 2min 50 sec you put in a little pieace that looks like a small plastic screen where does that pieace go. I cant find out where it goes on my wii thanks

  • it goes where the vent in the casing of the Wii is on the back. Just to keep dust from getting in through those slits, i suppose

  • can someone help me plz? so if i buy a wiikey 2.0 and install it on my wii i'll be able to download wii games, burn the dvds and play them on my wii normally? thanks.

  • Yeah, that's right, but don't break your wii trying to do it

  • never put the chip over metal you can cause a short circuit or static can kill your chip. i found it better to install the chip on the other side and use double sided stickers.

  • Word. I actually didn't put the chip directly on the metal, but have it separated by a fat piece of double sided tape.

  • oh cool, didnt want you to kill your wii.

  • does anyone know if wiikey 2 will work on wii version 4.0

  • Yes.

  • n did u tin the wires too?

  • cool video...question wanted to ask you...do you tin the points on the chip ABC (as in heating the pad with the iron n then applyin the solder?)

  • Yeah, I tinned the points on the chip. I tried, but i couldn't tin the 30 gauge wire because it was so thin, but I tinned the 22 gauge wire that was used for the ground and power points

  • wtf how do u guys find this helpful its so frickin fast????

  • he, could u post a slower vid, or send it to me? im pretty sure ill have trouble installing the chip

  • Posting a slower video is too long and wouldn't work on youtube (i think it has to be under 10 min.). besides, there isn't a good enough camera angle to see what's goin on. I think the still shots at the end of the video are more useful, but i could try to send it to you if you want

  • OMG that was really helpful!!!

now i've got 10 games on my wii!

    i downloaded cod5 too. :D

  • dude this is the sickest video in the worlddddd!~!!!!!

  • nice thanks
