Looks like a song sparrow, the markings on the breast aren't consistent for what I'm used to seeing in my area (not dark enough) but the plumage of song sparrows vary depending on range. Song sparrows commonly feed in backyards though and the markings look convincing...
I think it's a female white throated sparrow

Rock is correct it is 100% a song sparrow I have been birding for 25 years and have a nice collection of them in the yard.

Thanks again for your help! Song sparrow was my guess too but I wasnt 100 % confident. I will call it that unless something else comes up.
