The Romanian title of this tune is Foie Verde (Green Leaves). The hora form passed into the Jewish (klezmer) repertoire from the Romanian/Moldavian tradition, Jewish musicians (klezmorim) having worked extensively together with Romanian Gypsy (and 'ethnic' Romanian) musicians throughout the 19th and early 20th centuries.

It's the same melody as the hora but played in 2/4. I've never heard it on its own, just following this one.
