EVE is always changing and learning skills. Wow is limited alot of ways... we can store ships in mass amounts Wow if you die takes about 15 mins to find your self so in Eve thats easy its in dock then they give you a new starter ship and you can add implants so you can learn faster. But can't do that in WOW. Or change carriers on the spot in EVE you can. So its always a win win WIN!!!!!!!!!!

@TFProleteriat Definatly EVE hands down but from my experience almost everyone I knew who liked WoW almost had no chance of getting into EVE. Since WoW is based on instant reward like you level up and boom you get a ton of stuff, while in EVE you have to be patient and smart about your actions and you will profit in the end.

The fact that WoW will never be balanced, ever. It hasn't been since Vanilla. Back when it took skill to be properly geared. People accepted that he could facemelt anyone because he was good. Now anyone can have any gear and thus making it a balance game, which wont ever happen. I loved WoW now I love Eve. The tears you from others in eve are real, priceless.

Good question! I'd play WOW. Eve is far to expencive and far to repetative, at least with WOW the new updates or mod's make a difference with Eve you've still got to go out and do the same old stuff. I got bored playing both but I've gone back to play them both in the past the only difference is I'll go back to playing WOW some day (when they fix the servers) but I won't go back to playing Eve ever!

I was only pointing out that Eve never seem's to change, don't get me wrong Eve is good but it's far to laggy, they have to reset the servers far to much and for the price of Eve to play is stupid for how long it's been going. @fresky74 World of warcraft you can choose whether or not to fight in battles and you can see what is coming insted of jumping into areas where there can be a bunch of arsehole's that haven't got anything better than to hang around gates waiting to bully someone who is minding their own business. Eve seem's to be about fighting with a bunch of people you need to be friends with, but Wow you can join in battles with anyone, if it's a choice to battle with friends only or with anyone Wow wins!

@Skittnator I don't play either at the mo, I'll go back to playing them both at some point but Wow seem's to grip me more than Eve. I like to explore and found in Eve when I tried to do this it was the same old stuff, I'd get to new area's and I bumped into gate campers. Making cash to replace ships I lost just got damn repetative, yeah killing pirates and getting ISK that way was better than mining but there was a lot's of people doing that. I couldn't get my head round finding new missions...

@fresky74 I joined a corp and started doing well but again another corp muscled their way into our turf and made it rather unplayable as they hunted us own all the time. I didn't want to PVP that much but was being forced into it all the time. If your into PVP then yeah Eve would be good game but with the size of Eve and how little pirates there are to go around I didn't enjoy it as much as I could've done. I ended up with a big mining ship that took me ages to train up and save up for...

Wow I could do my own things without very little bother, even when I went into area's that was not friendly to my race I got very little shit from other players as they have designated PVP areas but saying that I found pvp far more enjoyable as I didn't have to spend time collecting....

@fresky74 cash if I died. Wow also brought out several expansion packs now so the map's are huge and even though I played Wow for a long time I never explored it all. I found Wow to be funny aswell something Eve lacks unless your talking shit to someone. Making money in Wow might be too easy but there is loads of ways to do it so this never got boring.

Hence why you aint EVE material. Eve is a rich and diverse game full of many aspects. It can be over whelming at times with the amount of information and the steep learning curve you have to go threw. But man when you start getting it fm it's fun.

I just simply pointed out that if your into PVP Eve might be for you (even though PVP on WOW you get more choice). Hunting Pirates everybody does so you can't always find them.
