@feuerfan100, ive done mine now try this, scroll to the bottom of the page and theres a drop down menu that you use to select which country your from, make sure it says ur american and then the chat came up for me, wen i said i was from uk(which i am) it only gives u a email option. let me know if it works forr u?

in the end i got this resolved by using same email address i have for my xbox live account as for my ea account. so i now have 2 ea accounts. one just for battlelog.

both of them stupid names because their name system is messed up.

ea websites are just horrible :/

nah my only option is email and i have emailed EA id say 7 fuckin times now with trouble logging into battlelog but says he can log in with my email address but yet i cant even though i have an account and have plyed the game on xbl , websites worst layout ever and there absolutely useless

@AcMrPro support are never online are they. worst video possible. if ea fixed the problem instead of this crap there wouldnt be a problem. all i need to do is link my gamertag to my live account. its not rocket science. but theres no way to do it.

@sirkenyard you are right that ea as lots of problems. But this method helped me like 3 times (got multiple accounts). and yes, you can do that otherwise. But sometimes your account is linked on another EA account (one of other reason) and they move it for you.
