the body shop also sells a lot of fairtrade toiletries, and it's really good quality too. it's either #1 or 2 on the list of most enthical brands, if you google it
good content in but the sound is a little low at times and the titles could do with being along the bottom as oppose to on peoples heads! sorry! I guess that's what you need the money for!
That's true, Sainsbury's are currently claiming to be the largest FAIRTRADE retailer with 120 lines. Their commitment that by July all 10 million bananas they sell each week will be FAIRTRADE is something of a milestone I think.
Like M & S they sell only FAIRTRADE coffee in their coffee shops.
Thanks for this, I don't know how anyone can say they don't know where to find FAIRTRADE products. Basics such as tea and coffee are in every supermarket. It's true though that to maximise your FAIRTRADE purchases you have to visit several outlets. PS I work for Oxfam
No problem. Awareness is key and "if you build it they will come"- in other words if a demand is created by consumers local supermarkets will have to provide fair trade goods in all products. Thus far in terms of chains (and perhaps the chains themselves are a contradiction in terms) M & S stock the largest amount of fairtrade foods. Thanks for your comment.
