its a mix and it depends what position you play. different positions require different roles. a flankers job is to be physical and steal the ball. a wingers job is to be incredibly quick and agile. a flyhalf is the playmaker and makes most the kicks. a centre should be powerful and fast etc. etc. there are lots more positions.

some of these guys are the best because they performed their roles to the highest possible level. they're also all rounders at offense, defence, team play etc.

There are a lot of players there who will not be remembered more than the Steak Pie i just had for lunch(although it was good). Peter Stringer, Szarzevski, Ngneywa etc arent going to be remembered. And i think there are more that should be dumped

The main bone of contention though is that u have overloaded on some positions. tbh I would like to see a breakdown say top 3 of each position in the last 10yrs. Coz u arent going to remember a player very long unless he stands out against his peers
