Not surprised this degenerated like this. But looking at the bigger picture here. An MMO is a large under taking. That if rushed, would result in a sub par product, that would ultimately be a money sink. So more then likely they felt it would be asking too much to have to put in the work for it to be compatible with consoles.

@tom1yum2goong i doubt it, this is an MMO and there are hundreds of players on a server, xbox's and PS3's couldent have that much memory, 360's cant have over 50 players on a game so...

and PS3's just wouldent work with the computer, it would just be stupid.

@tom1yum2goong Sorry to say, but they're definitely not going to release SWTOR on Xbox - the game play just doesn't work on a console. But on the bright side, I have no doubt that they will make the minimum requirements for the game fairly low to allow as many players as possible to play it. So I think a fairly cheap desktop will be able to run the game when that time comes.
