  • the same thing happened to me,my first squishy package was from them and i ordered 12 waffles and didnt get any..my second package was also from there and i ordered 6 or 8 jumbo buns and only got 2 which were in bad condition...:( but luckily i ordered more than that and i recieved most of my package

  • I have heard alot of bad reveiws about melovewholesale but I still decided to order anyway. I personally found melovewholesale a very good website. They responed to my e-mails and where very polite to me. My products cme in very good form. I would try informing paypal (if you payed through them) because they can get in contact with the owner and sort it out for you. Paypal helped me with my troubles with a ebay seller. Hope this helps :)

  • i know right i hate melovewholesale here my story

    so i orderd from them one time and it was like 30 dollars and it took about 2 months and then i kept on sending emails about where the package was and they fiannally emailed back like 4 weeks after and then they said i might be lost then we orderd again and it has been over 6 MONTHS!! AND THIS IS TRUE I AM SO DEAD SEIOUS!!!!!

  • I am missing alot of items and they blocked me on Facebook. I waited four whole weeks. I hope someone watches my video. I hate them. I spent 46 dollars and recieved stuff that are only worth like15...terrible quility...

  • I mean I no the quality isn't the best but if I were u I wouldn't mind a few defects considering most of the stuff you could probably glue back by urself.

  • My straws were broken too and they forgot some stuff but they promised they sent the rest out to me but I'm still waiting

  • @JennyBeeCrafts Yeah I heard they don't respond to e-mails quite often but, you can easily respond to them and get in contact with the owners through facebook (melovewholesale). They respond a lot on their facebook, hopefully that way you can get a refund/exchange for some of the missing and broken items. =3

  • @NicoleSoul49 - *lmao* ur the second person to say that they r fast in responding through facebook. But what happen if u don't have a facebook. If they can get to there facebook messages then it shouldn't be hard to check there emails. But thank you for the thought. I got my money back on the items they didn't send and for the ones that were missing and broken I just fixed it with a little glue. When a business don't respond to the emails it gets me upset.

  • @CuteClayNYC it might take a while to send depending on were u live, and how much you ordered, Melovewholesale is a very popular sight, i do talk to melovewholesale through there facebook, they are very very kind, they do reply to your comments on there wall, if you have any problems, just post on there wall, Nobody else can see it but you and melovewholesale, just be kind if you have a problem, talk nicely and dont get frustrated, they didnt reply to my emails either, but they get so much !

  • I agree. They are extremely rude. I emailed them a few time and they did not reply. Worst of all, was that they were suppose to process the delivery in a few days and it has been weeks since the payment cleared. I would not advice anyone to buy from them. It is a waste of money and a ripoff. It's better to spend the money on other websites

  • well it takes a while to get things from there, thats normal, also if you diddnt get somthing in your order, they refund you, i told them through a chat and they sent the money the same night, it comes broken somthimes cause it gets thrown around in the mail thats not there falt, alsothe sushi plate thing you can use that as a rement, thats what some one else on youtube did it came broken but they still lpved it and used it as a rement :3 oh and also, i did NOTT mean any of this in a mean

  • @itzrosie99 - I understand ur comment wasn't meant to be mean as mine isn't either. I didn't get my money back n still haven't gotten a response from them. No excuses for that. that is very much there fault! yes things do get messed up in the mail n that is understandable n a lil glue can fix that. But like I keep repeating myself until I turn blue they should respond to my emails at least.

    They sent me diff items ( so diff from the pics )

    I know they are busy but ignoring customers message that just so rude.

  • acctuallly i ordered on the 22 of july and my dad sent them an email on the 29th to check on the order and they responded 2 days later (yesterday) so mine should be coming tomorrow or monday

  • Hey Jenny, I myself bought from them and made a big order and asked for discount codes since I got a lot and you get a discount and emailed them like 5 times and no response until i wrote them one more, and it was not a nice email, AND then they finally responded after that one. But they are "extremely" poor on communication! Nice vid btw ^^

  • @adorablekitten191 - I understand if they got other emails to take care but really come on 2 months later that's still doesn't make it right. No one should wait that long. I'm sure they wouldn't want to wait for a payment for 2 months.

  • i also bought some thing from the website i got all my things i ordered but i also ordered 6 icecream cabachons but i dint get the cabachons :(.....

  • If your running a business you should respond to emails, check the quality of your products and so on. Don't just take the money and don't care for the rest. It's just a thought!

  • @JennyBeeCrafts people have other emails that clog up. im sure they will reply later. i sent an email to this deco shop and they didnt reply until 2 months later with all the info i needed :)

  • Did you pay via paypal? If you did I would file a claim. If not, you can always file with your Bank if you used your debit check card or visa. TFS. I'm sorry this happen to you.

  • I have emailed all three eamails and yes they don't reply to them. I had no problem with my items, but it's true they don't respond
