Full House on Hill Street in the old Chinatown in Los Angeles. It's called something like stir-fried shrimp on crispy noodles.

You can get this in almost any chinese resturant. Although the english name varies from place to place. You can try saying the cantonese name for it "Geen Mein" It's just like it sounds. If you do try, you should try "Yook see geen mein" Its good ;)
