-I noticed (especially at the end of the vid) that you have your slave pedal set up on the outside of the Hi-Hat pedal (like John Dolmayan from SOAD). Is that easier? Just curious.

@moonodude17 If you wanna know, try it yourself! I'm not personally a fan of it, but I have hi-hat pedals on both sides, and it just works for me to have them on the outside of the bass pedals. I play open-handed so it's no problem for me reaching the hats, but if you have the slave pedal on the outside of your hats you can bring them closer and have them lower down, easier to play. However, I've always found having my legs closer together better for double bass.
