So under this "code" you keep referring to it says Paintball on it? if code enforcement said it was ok, how are they breaking any codes. You say paintball requires a "remote location" thats not true, it is played at Football stadiums.
his buddy in code enforcement is under investigation by the supervisors office at this time and will be turned over to the grand jury for further investigation.
The code further states if it is not specifically named it is PROHIBITED. It is a "sports related recreational activity" and needs a permit. period. He's not playing now, why?
Paintball people are giving your sport a bad name. Read the codes, one cannot paintball under any circumstances without a permit and he has NO PERMITS. Go to an area where it is acceptable, not residential/animal keeping

Do you realize that paintballs can barely travel 100 yards. At that range the are just floating through the air and don't even have enough momentum to even break. This is such a joke that you are trying to get this sport banned.
I agree, paintballers must organize better. So many public parks with "wasted" space that can be used for paintball, and it does not cost much. It is one of the best cardio sports ever, safe and a true team effort.
