everyone knows that 2k made the best football games, thats why EA jumped on the players inc. contracted and are now the only ones who can use player names. The only thing is that allpro football 2k8 isnt very good, but thats just cause they were starting from scratch, i guarentee that 2k would take over the market like they took over Basketball games

From my early comment: "Well, the point was to try to get the cpu to make better returns in this game. A combiniation of tweaking the returner and putting slower guys on the cover team did that. 2K4 had a better return game both ways." Notice that these replays occur on the practice field (look at the end zone). You can't return for kickoff TD's in this game with the default personnel in the line-ups (DB's, LB's, etc.).

T.O. is pretty good at punt returns in this game. head towards one sideline, then turn and run back the other direction and it works pretty well.

Well...#1, no it wasn't. #2...this wasn't about user returns, it was about being able to get the cpu to have a chance to do returns. You need to read the description closer next time.

The song is stock audio from SmartSounds...an audio plug in for ULEAD Video (and other video editting programs). No this is not arcade, this was an experiment in trying to get the cpu to return a TD as the programming for 2K5 generally didn't allow it. Thankfully Finn's editor has taken this game to a new level.

Well....the goal was to get the cpu to return them, which was a combination of the "slower butts" on the coverage team and a suped up returner, which is what was accomplished. Also, don't allow yourself to change players during the play as you might vs. a human opponent.

madden all the way now, espns playbooks were crap, the espn intergration sent it over the top, well now madden got it, and they aint doing crap wit it, but they will,2k need to bury like 989 and midway did because they aint got the fanbase to back their product up.
