today I was trying to get new covers in my repertory, one of them , you only live once by the strokes, it is a good cover to practice your left foot (you should keep your left foot on 1 2 3 4 most of the time) with a bass drum line kinda off beat, so I guess it is cool if you want to practice this kind f things, another cool song, starlight, you should keep 8th notes on the foot while doing cuarters on bass

@zerocamacho I have it setup so my legs are angling slightly downwards. It's a personal preference though. WHatever it most comfortable for your body type.

I think a good example of using the hi-hat throughout a song is "One celled creature" by NOFX, not terribly difficult to follow along with the drums, but uses the hi-hit throughout most of the song... Thanks for the Lesson!! Oh by the way, could you guys do a lesson on practicing without a drumset sometime, that'd be killer for me. Thanks!!

@udeeksh I have tried the B8's and don't like them at all. That's my personal opinion. Try the Zildjian. Still, if you can save up a bit longer and get the Paiste's do that :)
