@Foxstab I would dissagree. I would say both Bohemia Interactive, and him are owners. They own the game, and therefore also the creative work put into making the game itself, but he doess own the video becouse it is edited by him, and created by him becouse he made the scene.

It's not a commercial licence, so he is not allowed to use it commercialy, but he can use ARMA II artisticly, as many others have. The game engine opens for creativity and art making. The creative use grants copyrights.
