Do you know there are cities in a pocket region of Canada (Vancouver, Victoria, White Rock, etc...) that registered a MUCH milder winter season (2009 - 2010) than Atlanta? This is also not a very rare occurrence. Do you need proof? I'd be very happy to furnish proof!
