@Pentagonshark666 Thanks mate, the kettlebell actually weighs 64.9kg. Balance is key with heavy BUP and takes a lot of practice to get it smoothly from the floor into position without using too much energy! Practice is the key along with plenty of patience and grip!

I can do the same... with my 20 kg ....its a tird of the wheit and im the only one im my gym able to do it..

great lift no doubt,i belive that this 64kg KB,but how the hell manage your
balance?balance is very important when you make bottoms up.
