  • @ the 4k views, who cares, its not ignorance, people will like what they like, unfortunately ya most people accept what their given e.g. radio, sitcoms, movies....yes conscious hip hop is a minority in the music industry, but at the end of the day, you listen to music for self. period, so does it matter if theres 4k views or 40k views, dont be ignorant yourself and judge on assumption. I can care less that more people listen to T.I. or Soulja boy, even if they produce bad music.

  • @adamalism exactly people alwaws complain i guarantee they dont by the albums or go the shows, thats a problem

  • @adamalism I dont mind T.I. so much, but i agree with everything you were saying. Explained it better than i might have. Even though some of T.I.'s shit can be good, and artists similar to him...nothing can compare to this vibe of Hip Hop. The Roots, Black Star, ATCQ, Rakim, De La Soul, Little Brother, Slum Village, Madlib, Gang Starr, and the rest of them are in their own realm, and pretty much reign supreme.

  • @adamalism nah fuck that, people are dumb and it ruins everything

  • @adamalism

I have to disagree with this. Within a certain genera theres good music, bad, and in between. For example I can say I don't like/prefer jazz but I know what good jazz sounds like. In my opinion people listing to soulja boy or other subpar rappers do so because thats what there given and only know. There told this is good and this is wack and it eat it up, and don't judge the musics content by anything else. By content I mean rhythm, harmony, melody, structure etc.

  • lol @ 4k views...

It depresses me how ignorant most of these young cats are.

  • the beginning was sick....i have this... I shouldnt of known it was Pete Rock's!!!!

  • this song is untouchable

  • everyone on this song are legends.

  • God Damm

  • This track is forever! Nuff said!

  • this track was just murdered by 3 of da illest ever 2 do it ...PeAcE

  • @dasun13 Its Messed Up That They Took Out Common

  • @dasun13 4... the only ones who can compare to Pete Rock are Premo and J Dilla.
