Considering age, it would be Barry, as the Robin in the show is teenage Dick Grayson (whose age is similar to Wally). Personality-wise, it looks to be Wally or Bart. Personally, I see him as Wally.

Hawkman/ hawkgirl are both from Thenegar which means they're aliens and the metal does let them float with the control of their wings that harnest onto them. Their actual power is their magical mace. It can overpower almost any power source. Every Thenegarien Cop has the mace and wings. The others are just regular people. This series decided to use Hawkman rather than Hawkgirl.
