  • I might bore my ITR to 2.0 later on down the line. There's nothing like an all motor 12 sec honda. You just can beat it, reliable pump gas and fun to drive. Let's not forget most cars that run 12's cost 3x as much. Power to weight ratio lol don't you just love it lol

  • Thats wasup!!!

  • Great run man. Don't listen to these douche bags with their pussy ass mustangs. I wish I had a type r all motor with those numbers!!

  • what header are you using ?

  • You can build...wait..bolt on a $700 pieced together turbo kit and make more power from a nissan "truck" motor. haha

  • What crank was used in this motor?

  • Fuck domestics

  • lol i bet my evo 9 mr wud dust dat musty mustang all day! haha Imports!!! dnt matter if u honda, subi, mitsu, nissan, or anything! domestics all bout whos got da biggest motor n who guzzles the most gas...WACKNESS ERRBODY!!!!!

  • Something like that is a perfect build for a road car. Its a sweet teg. Is it the same car getting wrecked in other videos?? tut tut tut.

  • thats the down side of b series......no friggin torque a stock f23 has 150 tq...

  • I love it when idiots pop into a honda video and puke shit about a mustang just for the arguement. Just because they have no mf lifes and want to draw attention.

  • King Motor Sports. BOSS!

  • i love when people make fun of your torque numbers. just shows shows how much they know about nothing. yeah they are low but that just means less foot control when acclerating heavily. you guys with your mustangs and all that torque. how often you rebuilding your tranny's and rear ends? lol.

  • @poloman1884 Actually, never. Parts are built not to break. Torque isn't a bad thing, considering without it you can't make HP. I'm all for any kind of performance, but being ignorant and attempting to insult people because they like a different make or model.

  • king motors RESPECT

  • How did you get 2.0 L out of the b18C5? Bored out, stroked?

  • @noekiyu sleeved bore to 84mm and use 89mm crank.

  • WOW....people dont realize the importance of power to weight...Ithat is the equivalant to a 500 vette.

  • @wasuptym22 Actually, that's equivalent to about 325 in a vette. Remember, C5 Corvette was 350hp and ran 12.90s stock with 350hp. But yes power to weight is huge. And it's about equal to 305 in a mustang.

  • why are ppl with mustangs even look at these videos? my ek hatch with a mediocre b20vtec 198whp 154wtrq eats all of them ive ran so far.

  • @16em1 Some of us are just auto enthusiasts of any kind and enjoy seeing what people are doing. I know I'm not faster than EVERY or even a lot of cars, but for being a bolt-on mustang, it does decent.

  • nice torq, i wish mine could get ther< hope to b making around 260 mark ,heres mine, full interior , stock suspension , watch?v=iBaIqaTYmqI

  • No other car THAT I KNOW OF can be a door banging 1.8l 4cyl fwd non turbo doin 9s and soon to b 8s other than honda??if there is,please send me the link?

  • i think the #s that shouldve been posted are 210hp/120ftlbs. you have to account for the fact that its a dynojet dyno therefore the numbers are hugely inflated. also hopefully there is no tuning happening on that dyno since doing a tune on an inertia dyno will cause detonation under load. just saying

  • @mikethebeast1012 Just another uninformed person. DynoJet is the industry standard. It does not read high. They are the most consistant dyno numbers around. Yes it was tuned on the dyno but it has load control so it is correct. tahnks for your expert advice though......Your mustange dyno probably reads low... ha

  • @bearsekk me uninformed??? i have yet to see a dynojet dyno that was not of the inirtia type (just a rolling drum), not only is that not as accurate but dynojets program automatically adds numbers to account for losses (using constant values for all vehicles which is incorrect), dynojet is far from the industry standard its more like bottom of the barrel "we couldnt afford a loaded dyno" standard. #s from a dynojet cannot be reproduced on other dynos where as all loaded dynos read about the same

  • @mikethebeast1012 Loaded dynos all read the same? Thats bullshit. I can compare 5 dyno jets and I have with the same car dynoed on each. they all were within 3-5 whp. Any mustang, dynapack, dynodynamics all can be calibrated up or down and most of them never spit out the same number.

  • @bearsekk that is not true there are countless articles on how dynojet #s should be called "djhp" and not whp. i can say for a fact that if you go from a loaded dyno such as mustang to an inertia such as dynojet (whos program also makes their #s inaccurate) you will gain at a minimum 30hp, is it from the car making more power? no its because dynojets are so inaccurate (due to their low cost and level of accuracy some even call them honda dynos in the same manner that people say honda horsepower)

  • At trhe end of the day 20k or 10 k with no boost no supercharger ..U just fucked up

  • How can i get my b18c5 stock motor to have more tq?

  • @richguev trade it in for something with balls.

  • @artoodaytoah lmfao thanks for the answer.. hahahaha =)

  • lol 162 tq? rofl get a mustang.. haha my bike makes more tq then that when i pedal.

  • @StevenBTT I couldn't stand the loose hardware, squeaks and rattles of american muscle. I am sure you have big Mustang boner with your v6 auto that runs high 15's.

  • @bearsekk lol. or my mustang gt runnnin 12's with 353 hp and 360+ tq... rofl... hahahaahahha so suck my cock?

  • @StevenBTT Cool. But hondas arnt ment for 1/4 mile i would love to see your mustang beat honda on autocross or road course...you know real racing with turns, not a straight line.

  • @EFshay1 rofl yeah, like your fwd will be better then my rwd on the track ahahha idiot. and its proven that your an idiot by satying mustangs cant handle track. they are some of the best track cars ahha. 3000 lbs with a huge engine while being 50/50 you idiot ahah. drive your fwd shit tq shit hp rice

  • @StevenBTT wow big words all mixed up? did u know a junk yard crx holds down a 9 sec on trac? do u own a real car or a matchbox or hotwheel? im honda all the way, and with my builds i get to a point when i stop racing muskrats with rednecks behind the wheel. were im not having fun unless im racing an exotic not a shitbox. ur car is smoke and the sound of a dieing motorcycle/ get a real car

  • @StevenBTT Mustangs are some of the best track cars? Now I'm convinced you have Down syndrome. There are FWD cars in SCCA that are beating AWD and FR cars out there on the tracks. I haven't seen Mustangs even show up on the fastest lap time of the day chart EVER.

  • @wajalama hahah have fun with your understeer lolol. you really are an idiot. look it up, there is not one honda besides the s2k that handles better than a mustang 04+ its fact. hahah your an idiot. lol and maybe in the SCCA because thats like profession with restrictions. lolol.. not your shitty 2 grand honda. haha

  • @StevenBTT ROFL understeer? You obviously haven't heard of negative camber and coil-overs. I guess the Integra's double wishbone suspension in the front and rear can't compare to your primitive live-rear axle. You really put your your hopes on your car for track just because it's RWD? Have fun wrapping your car around a tree when you decide to hit the mountains.

  • oh and btw. your little shit stain honda isn't getting under 15s lol, so idk what your talking about..?

  • @StevenBTT ba hahah ok i think u need to look at what a 200whp integra can pull at the track first then make a better guess

  • @StevenBTT Really, this car went 13.4. This car still had 60mm exhaust and a restrictive header. typical setups like this with the right parts make 255-260 and 170 wtq and run high 12's. ON A 2.0L.

  • @bearsekk on street tires? i hope

  • @StevenBTT Typical domestic response. Grow up!

  • @StevenBTT lol i bet this thing pulls harder then a stang in top end

  • @StevenBTT ur comparing a bike to an economic purpose car haha what a fucking dickhead! i know girls that wont even try to compare a bike to a car lol bonestock mustangs run high 14's at the track lmao whats so special?

  • @StevenBTT The funniest thing is, while you laugh at the ITR's torque, it'll still drag you down the 1320 or any track/autox event you'd like to name.

  • That fan is cheating hahahha.

  • torque does a nose dive when u pop vtec from 5500-10,000.

  • 20gs to build that?? for real?

  • stock bore? 81mm, vtec is LOUD!

  • @vtboi408. Yeass i kinda forgot bout boring the cylinders........

  • First off NICE!!!! ...but there's no such thin as a 2.0l b18 the only 2.0 b series is the b20

  • its probably bored out to a 2.0

  • @wazZGooodh2ba its called boring the cylinder to a 84mm which is a 2.0l

  • um b18c5 has 87.9mm crank with 81mm bore = 1.79/1.8 if you bore to 84 or even 85mm it still not 2.0 you need to go with an 89mm crank and 84.5mm bore to be a true 2.0

  • 240whp is bomb for n.a

  • Absolutely incredible for 1.8L!

  • 162 Lb ft of tq is not alot..... that 32 more then stock for 20k. I think for 20k even 10k you should be able to put something together that puts down way more power.

  • yes that is possible. But when the customer wants to keep the the build around an 89mm crank and keep his smaller exhaust and header that is all your going to get with a B-series.

  • @bearsekk as well people are mistaking the hp with whp and trq and wtrq. thos are actually good numbers for that engine good job man.

  • Thats very true, but isnt it also possible to get a really good tune along with basic supporting mods to make up the extra tq with a completly stock C5 and still keep it reliable?

  • LMAO, 20 k for that!?!?!?! My K24 would smoke that for 1/3 of the money...

  • @pr132002 20 grand? what honda motor is built that cost 20 grand besides a c- swap of a j-swap i had a k24 makiing 240whp and 195 torque lmfao wheres all the torque?

dont blaim it on the small header and 89mm crank hahahahahahh nice excuses if i didnt know shit about cars id say the same thing

  • @noseguard53 I dont know, you should ask kingmotorsports what build cost that much. I didnt just bring up a 20k build out of no where. I was questioning why was so little torque produced with the 20k build. I was expecting a little more tq for that price and Im sure others agree.

  • What did you use to stroke it to 2.0? Just out of curiosity. Looking to get mine going soon.

  • 89mm crank either B20 or LS and a sleeved block to increase the bore from 81 to 85mm bore.

  • is this on race gas?

  • pump gas 93 octane

  • damn.......... every type r should sound like that

  • thats pretty impressive. So anybody know the mods on this ITR. I was watching another vid on youtube and somebody was commenting that one itr that had 100g put into it made 300whp. is that even possible?!!!

  • 300 whp is very possible but 100K is alot. We have built similar engines for under 20K.. They are K-series engine tho not B-series.

  • oh I see. What else are the mods done to this b18c5 engine. Computer, degree of cams, valves, springs etc.??? Do you have all the engine specs? I would appreciate it alot thanks! What type of fuel is it running on in this video?

  • This engine is 13:1 compression sleeved 85 mm bore 89mm stroke Skunk2 Pro 2's pro series intake manifold 1.8 L SMSP header King Motorsports built engine and headwork.

It would have been nice for this customer to keep it more than 2 months before it got stolen.

  • thats sad it got stolen, people that own honda's and acuras don't have a piece of mind owning one.....who tuned the car because I didn't make those numbers and my motor is fully built similiar to your setup.

  • That is a lot of powers from an N/A 1.8 liters. That is enough to do what ever you want.

What is the MPG of this car after tune?

  • The engine is a 2.0L . The car gets 29-30 mpg.

  • That is good. With long gear ratios or short gear ratios?

  • that engine revved to the moon! >:)

  • cant wait till i get my civic im hopin 4 500whp on pump

  • sick !!! 5

  • Comment removed

  • b20 w/i type r head? and is it stage 2 cams, retainerss, valves and springs? just trying to get some ideas because i have the same set up on my dc2.

  • i wish the US had red DC2 type r's.

  • so how does king do thier motor builds? do you take them a motor and they build it or do they have them and build them then give them to you?

  • that guy thought that it was 243 off the crank lol

  • Is that a bitch to drive on the street or is it pretty decent?

  • nice car!! not sure about the previous comment on the fwd not being able to put down 240hp... this must be somewhere like 215 or so whp??? so it's more than capable I would of thought, although IF you wanted it to spin the wheels you could easily make it, but that's like any car...

  • This is 240 WHP! And the car would put it down no problem its not turbo.

  • yeah dude... king defenetly knows what there doing when it comes to hondas! ive been in the shop and they have some sick ass cars!

  • first time looking at fwd setups, eh? 240whp is not that much to worry about. you get into issues with fwd when you start talking about over 350whp...then anything under 60mph is a waste...lol

  • no, i have a tuned 99 GSR. i have done a minimal amount of tuning to it because it is already a very, very good car. and bumping up the power to 243 wheel horses would require serious upgrades to basically every component of the car. King can do it, but it still doesn't lay down all that power. no way. show a vid of the guy shifting at 9000rpm WOT in this King tuned car and I guarantee you he's fighting to keep the steering wheel in his hands and the car on the road. it's silly.

  • anywayzzzz....wat mods does the motor has in this video?thanks

  • Nobody here has posted anything worth reading. Bunch of blog queens in here.

  • Yes I agree.

  • well that comment sure contributed something worthwhile to the conversation...

  • nice an prrety car souds great love it

  • Thanks for your worthless contribution

  • damn, that vtec sounds like a formula 1 car yo.......

  • yea, a formula one car with 243whp....

  • seems like with the technology advances in ecus/turbos....... a responsible and knowledgeable forced induction build could net you more power with little to no "lag"... and would be more reliable. am i wrong???

i didnt know you could run compression ratios like that without high oct.... is there little room for error with pumpgas 13:1 compression?

  • peakboost kit with a GT30R or GT35R will you get you about 350whp on 10 psi. and 10psi dosnt take shit to spool with a Gt35R

  • 30 or 35? seems like a big gap....

I would put my money on the 30r being the turbo to make "350whp on 10psi".

when hondas are built right, they can make a ton of power per psi. 10psi would be barely stretching the legs of a 30r, i say a responsive 10psi making 350whp on a mild build destroys a big budget n/a build making 250whp.

  • def no room for error at 13:1, shouldnt even be that high for a pump gas motor IMO

  • i was almost being sarcastic, but not really cause i could be wrong...

seems like anything over 12:1 would be iffy on 92oct???

but wait, now the info says it's 12.8:1.... hmmmmmm, seems like shady info, lol. jk

  • nothing wrong with rounding up, I am 8.8:1 but I just call it 9.0:1

  • so there is no difference between 8.8:1 and 9.0:1 ??

and no difference between 12.8:1 and 13:1 ??

i consider those darn different pistons....

i dont usually think of "rounding up" with engine specs.

  • Seriously. Unless you were building a taurus engine for ford or something lol

  • its different, compression ratios change so your piston changes and so does the rod. because its a different combustion area. you cant "round up" in that case you could round up your horsepower and without mods its not possible.

  • its different, compression ratios change so your piston changes and so does the rod. because its a different combustion area. you cant "round up" in that case you could round up your horsepower and without mods its not possible.

  • Sounds bad ass

  • u runnin a N/A setup cause i own a 01 ITR with a lot of motor work and money in parts and its a 2.0 and i was wondering if thats the power your makeing off of just motor

  • didnt your car got stolen? i talk to mike from king motor the other day and he said they found your car over in minnesota? fawk theives...i tune all my car over in king motor sports too...sweet place for a tune...just need to watch out for fucken theives from st.paul...there every where

  • wow, that sounds near 10 k RPM. Great head work.

  • Damn 13.1 compression with only pump gas wow?

  • sick

  • IM LOVING IT!

  • Great work on Shoua's ITR! I can't wait to drive it next month!

  • Really nice!

    What is the setup?

    Link to dyno screenshot?

  • King Motorsports Built 2.0L B18C5, King Motorsports Head Work, Skunk2 Pro2 Cams, 13+:1 Pump Gas Motor
