This looks very tasty and I shall be trying it today! Where are you from? I think maybe Turkish or Lebanese or maybe I'm wrong? Let me know coz I love your recipes and my husband always asks me from which country you are from. Thank you once again xxxx
Wow this was exacttly what I need to fix for dinner , they will like it for sure , it was straightforward , thanx , I was going to ask about chicken bullion but hopefully you answered it . off to the kitchen , where is my apron !!!
Hello whowhy100, at 1:18 its chicken bullion cube or powder, you can also use chicken stock. Thank you for the very sweet words, I really appreciate it. :)
When I was a Kid my Grandmother used to make Kibbeh Labanieh once in a while, remember how I loved it. Now Mariette thanks to you I can make it by myself.
hi mayouches go to my vegan kofta video. Prepare the kofta the same way, without any meat, use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth or chicken bouillon and you have a vegeterenian kibbeh labanieh. let me know about the result. Enjoy.

We also make such soups :) but instead the yogurt we are using something called "tan" - a milk product. Madam, thank you for sharing this video.
soumire 2 years ago
@soumire Actually, tan is a yogurt drink. You take some yogurt and some water water and salt and you get tan. make it at home and you will love it.
