Union workers get 55% of the company. Bond holders, who bought the debt and should have got 100% of their bond value in bankruptcy court, were shafted with 15%.
The highjacking of the bond holders is the reason Obama said "we cant let them go bankrupt". Instead he made them do a "surgical bankruptcy chaperoned by the government.
Obama highjacked that corporation and gave it to the unions which got him elected.
