  • Im sorry snotbog1 for commenting like that, im pissed by these moron who think they are better at keeping fish which of course not at all. Anyway that is one nice fish community, Im amazed when you say you grew them all from babies, you must be a really good fishkeeper, it does take an effort to grew them all into big healthy and happy fishy ^^

  • For all of you dork who said the tank is overcrowded, the fish isn't happy, bad tank setup, yada yada blah blah fucking shit FUCK OFF and shut your fucking mouth will ya? stop being an aquarium police, as long as the fish is healthy, feeding well, and active, it means they are HAPPY and living in correct place!! Most of you who criticize about other's aquarium dont have your own fucking aquarium video on your channel, its either you are a "mr know it all" or just an idiot trolling around..

  • That is, as you rightly point out, over crowded, you should find new homes for some or get another tank for their sake, also, seeing the goldfish in there made me really feel for it, they should not be in a tropical set up, the water is to warm for them. I could live in hot conditions or really colder ones, that does not mean id be happy though.

  • don't you feel bad every time you see them? there's a reason i have five fish tanks in my house...

  • Yes, slightly overcrowded, but I have the same problem with my Juwel 190 litre corner tank. If the water quality is good, the fish will grow, so even if the tank is overcrowded, at least they're in good water. There's nothing wrong with having fancy goldfish in with tropicals. They are kept and flourish all over the world, in all kinds of water, so as long they don't get their fins nipped, no problem!

  • none of them are rare

  • pretty sweet

  • Have a look at my vids

  • i have a oranda!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Does look a bit crowded and the goldfish definitely should not be in that warm water. They belong in a chilly pond outside to be happy. I've been told that you can have 1 inch of fish per gallon of water. I think you probably have quite a lot more than that. It might be time to start finding new homes for your little buddies.

  • @AprilDianeDeLaCruz

They're chilly now. (about ground temperature)

  • @AprilDianeDeLaCruz actually for some species they require more than one gallon per inch, and for most fish to be really happy, you should do two gallons per fish. You also need to allow for growth, aka, don't stock a fifty gallon tank with fifty baby goldfish, you have to allow for room to grow, which the owner of this tank obviously did not do.

  • get a grip wanker

  • I hate that ugly goldfish.

  • no rare fish and overstocked

  • ur not supposed to put goldfish in tropical tanks

  • nothing but the chinese hi fin is rare bro

  • everything is fine there man,i love your tank, but for god´s sake, get those goldfish in some cooled down water,i am sure they are getting fried with the water´s heat :(

  • there should not be goldfish in with tropical fish it is unfair on the goldfish

  • goldfish in a heated tank?! overstocked.

  • i wonder how many times i could dislike this

  • wil 5 silver dollers one red tail shark and 1 angel fish be ok in a 55 gallon tank

  • @prowrestlingcarny yea it might out get a little cramped when there FULLY grown but i think you would probably bee ok with them. maybe just get rid of the angel fish. or if u do keep the angel fish, get rid of one silver dollar

  • that geophagus looks awesome! get some fish foods at mrfishflakesDOTcom! Looks like with all those fish you'll need as much savings as possible!

  • u have cold water fish in with warm water fish idiot

  • Dear @MrArron1987, nobody likes to read comments that insult and call people names. It only makes the writer look bad, not the recipient.

  • thats grossly over stocked

  • @FishAquariumVid

    Yeah, low rent district aquarium.............

    Amazing tank btw!

  • @scarhbar23

    hey cool, appreciate it.

Actually, I do care. I just hide my sensitive side.

  • Oh theyre silver dollars...thought they were tetra for a second

  • what kind of tetras are those giant ones?

  • what do u feed ur goldfish with?

  • Love the tank. Very nice. However, I'd remove the goldfish as they are coldwater fish, not tropical. Otherwise your tank looks quite good. Maybe a tad over-stocked. But hey, if they're alive and happy then who cares!

  • @12512cool

    Goldfish removed. Thanks........

  • Nice fei feng :)

  • @dudewheresmydvd

    thanks

  • that one white fish with the large orange head o.o i had one of those when i was a kid, he didnt last long. The 3 darter fish we had blinded him w/in a week >.< he lived for a long time w/o his eyes, about 2months then finally died. • @and9744

    about one year

  • Awesome tank man. Love to see the skill of good aquarists when it comes to having a large number of species successfully coexisting. Great tank. I know you probably hear this a lot but whats with the goldfish? lol

  • @08wallic

Goldfish (LOL) Well, my wife liked them and I thought I'd give it a shot. They're out of the tank now. (see my recent vids)

    thanks for the comment

  • Dude i can go to my local petstore and buy all of these fish and more, they are not rare, idiot

  • @ScourageStar99

Oh that's cool. You have a bunch of black bar myleus at your local store?

Not sure where you live but I live in Los Angeles that has probably the highest number of fish stores in the nation and I haven't seen one of these in years. What's your local stores name and location. If you're being honest, why don't you leave the tel #.............putts

  • What is it with yanks and putting incompatible fish together? Inbreds I guess!!

  • @MrTorbayguy

Kinda like British snobs who bitch and moan about other people's videos while not posting any of their own.

It's been over 3 years now and these fish are still alive and well,

  • dude this fishes are not rare -__-

  • @mrIAMAPPLE

    snore, see comments below

  • @pwnedbyfishies

    No you haven't but thanks...........

  • where did u get the tank?

paid 100 for tank (with accessories), 800 for stand

  • what are the big silver ones look like tetras lol only 10x the size!

  • @lfclikewalfc

    Well, they're tetras. (Silver dollars)

  • That redcap oranda is adorable. Hope their happy in their new home!

  • there is nothing rare there u can buy those fish on the streets of the philippines

  • I want your tank i have a ten now =( wish i could atleast affor a 55 waht it caust?

  • @thaze95

Cost, hmmmm.... to set up including stand and fish probably around $1500

  • @thaze95 Hey man, go on Graigslist and search for fishtanks! You get great deals! I got a 120 gallon tank for $180!

  • @ldvickers321

    paid 100 for mine

  • lol rare? what is rare about it?

Why are you mixing cold water fish with tropical fish, cant be good for the poor fish!

  • @8inary

The black bars are faily "rare" in fish stores. Others like the silver dist are also rarely seen.

Goldfish no longer in the tank. The Hifin is not technically a cold water fish. They can tolerate temps easily to 80 degrees.

Two most commonly asked questions. Answered over and over....(sigh)

  • @snotbog1 if u lived in the philippines u can buy that on the streets

  • hmm whats rare about it other than you mixing cold water with tropical fish, not rare, I would say it makes you unfortunately look like you havent a clue about keeping fish

  • that is what I would call a FISHSOUP

    xD

  • hly monkey

  • i noticedyou have a heated tank with tropacail fish but yet you hve a gold fish how is that how did they survie? what do they eat? i want to no becuase i always wanted a goldfish in my tropical fish tank

  • I don't recommend you adding a goldfish. I removed mine. They're happy with dry goldfish food but don't overfeed.

  • 60%/2 weeks is not a lot...that's 30%/week.

if you want HIGH quality water, try 50% everyday or every other day. that's what many people growing out discus do.

  • Yeah, well......big job, little time.

  • keeping so many fish in one tank is not forced on you...give some fish away...

or spend $50 on a python water changer and all u need to do is sit down for 2 mins on sunday while the water drains. then u flip the switch and sit down for 2 mins while the tank fills. and then u spend a minute measuring out water conditioner. 5 mins total. and if you can afford all these fish, you can afford $50 for a water changer.

  • @irbenson

pithon won't work with our sink

  • u can build ur own(really just a long plastic tube), or u can buy some kind of adaptor to attach to your sink or python

  • rare?

  • Ever seen black-barred myleus before?

  • dude to much fishes in this thank

  • yep

  • are tropical fish saltwater?

  • No, tropical means warm water. Marine would be the term used for a salt water tank.

  • i dont think those fish are very rare, either way nice tank

  • your tank is amazing!

right now i've got my own 29 gallon aquarium, and would like to know what you think of it. It's the featured video on my channel if youd like to take a minute to look at it. I' d appreciate it a lot! Tell me what you think

  • i love that anglefish looking one

  • probably a shark

  • Your silver dollars are massive!

  • @degal13

Thanks. Yeah the largest are now 8 inches. Here's a more recent vid:

    watch?v=DQjTwjaFXww

  • O_O I used the kalk, you got 81 fishes! (including snails and shrimps).

  • You mean I "did" have.

    Around 40 today.

  • why is there a goldfish there ? ahhaa

    nice tho

  • Love your bogwood!

  • have any of your fish been eaten yet?

  • love your tank

  • thanks man, check out my recent vids, much better

  • are there any problems with keeping these fish with that goldfish? i have a normal goldfish living with some cichlids and some say it's bad. what do you think?

  • generally, it's bad.

    What kind of cichlids?

  • parrot, green terror, firemouth, rostratus.

  • wow this is amazing!!! its so amazing it looks almost impossible you could keep all thise fish together.... and the black bar myleus's are simply amazing... this is by far one of the most amazing aquariams i have ever seen... the only problem is... its a bit overstocked because of how bigg the fish are

  • thankyou

yes, you're right. It's a bit crowded but most fish are still doing fine today.

  • Love your Black Bars! I have six Flag Tails I just picked up....Amazing Fun Fish...

    How big is your Pacu?

    Very Nice!

  • I don't have a pacu but my black bars are pushing 8 inches as well as my common silver dollars

  • thank you, by the way!!!

  • Rare, Or Retarded?

  • your comment?

    I'm going with retarded

  • these fish are not rear they are just normal fish i have keept tropical fish for years and years

  • Never said they were "rear" but some of them are certainly not commonly seen. Ever owned black-barred myleus? Out of the tens of thousands of tr. fish videos on Youtube, how many others can you find, bud?

  • i hate it

  • Your uploads are a bit boring as well.

  • How much was the tank? And if you can, all together including accessories, fish, heater and you get it.

    Thanks.

    Regards,

    Brock.

  • The most expensive part was the stand which had to be custom built ($800).

The set up all together was probably around $2000-2500. Search online for the best deals. Also, check local garage sale ads etc (Craig's list, Penny Saver). You might find someone trying to unload something for cheap.

  • wow thats a really nice tank so much better than mine.. a know must of the fish but could you please tell me what the silver fish with black and red tail is.

  • did you paint the fish tank background in blue or is it a poster ?

  • painted

  • very nice fish. i love the sand. check out my two newest vids.

  • thanks

  • hi,

i no you saiduv taken the gold fish out but why he seemed ok in there was there a problem with it??

  • He was getting beaten up. Goldfish are coldwater fish and have different requirements than do tropical fish

  • where do u get all these cool fish?

  • various fish stores

  • aww man angel fis a goldfish what

  • @osvas23

Yeah I know. I removed the goldfish

  • how long did it take for the silver dollars to get big and nice fish

  • most of their growth occuredin the first 8 months but they are still growing, almost 8 inches now.

  • what is the one with the yellow and black striped tail.

  • flagtail

  • the redcap fantail looks totally out of place.

  • out of tank now

  • hay are they neon tetris in there i have some with my siamese fighting fish
