Im sorry snotbog1 for commenting like that, im pissed by these moron who think they are better at keeping fish which of course not at all. Anyway that is one nice fish community, Im amazed when you say you grew them all from babies, you must be a really good fishkeeper, it does take an effort to grew them all into big healthy and happy fishy ^^
For all of you dork who said the tank is overcrowded, the fish isn't happy, bad tank setup, yada yada blah blah fucking shit FUCK OFF and shut your fucking mouth will ya? stop being an aquarium police, as long as the fish is healthy, feeding well, and active, it means they are HAPPY and living in correct place!! Most of you who criticize about other's aquarium dont have your own fucking aquarium video on your channel, its either you are a "mr know it all" or just an idiot trolling around..
That is, as you rightly point out, over crowded, you should find new homes for some or get another tank for their sake, also, seeing the goldfish in there made me really feel for it, they should not be in a tropical set up, the water is to warm for them. I could live in hot conditions or really colder ones, that does not mean id be happy though.
Yes, slightly overcrowded, but I have the same problem with my Juwel 190 litre corner tank. If the water quality is good, the fish will grow, so even if the tank is overcrowded, at least they're in good water. There's nothing wrong with having fancy goldfish in with tropicals. They are kept and flourish all over the world, in all kinds of water, so as long they don't get their fins nipped, no problem!
Does look a bit crowded and the goldfish definitely should not be in that warm water. They belong in a chilly pond outside to be happy. I've been told that you can have 1 inch of fish per gallon of water. I think you probably have quite a lot more than that. It might be time to start finding new homes for your little buddies.
@AprilDianeDeLaCruz actually for some species they require more than one gallon per inch, and for most fish to be really happy, you should do two gallons per fish. You also need to allow for growth, aka, don't stock a fifty gallon tank with fifty baby goldfish, you have to allow for room to grow, which the owner of this tank obviously did not do.
everything is fine there man,i love your tank, but for god´s sake, get those goldfish in some cooled down water,i am sure they are getting fried with the water´s heat :(
@prowrestlingcarny yea it might out get a little cramped when there FULLY grown but i think you would probably bee ok with them. maybe just get rid of the angel fish. or if u do keep the angel fish, get rid of one silver dollar
No seriously, some are hard to find in stores. It just that I've answered this comment about 1000 times and all I have left is sarcasm. (See below for a straight answer)

Love the tank. Very nice. However, I'd remove the goldfish as they are coldwater fish, not tropical. Otherwise your tank looks quite good. Maybe a tad over-stocked. But hey, if they're alive and happy then who cares!
that one white fish with the large orange head o.o i had one of those when i was a kid, he didnt last long. The 3 darter fish we had blinded him w/in a week >.< he lived for a long time w/o his eyes, about 2months then finally died. I miss my fish, my cousing bought some sick mickey mouse fish and they all died.
Awesome tank man. Love to see the skill of good aquarists when it comes to having a large number of species successfully coexisting. Great tank. I know you probably hear this a lot but whats with the goldfish? lol
Oh that's cool. You have a bunch of black bar myleus at your local store?
Not sure where you live but I live in Los Angeles that has probably the highest number of fish stores in the nation and I haven't seen one of these in years. What's your local stores name and location. If you're being honest, why don't you leave the tel #.............putts

keeping so many fish in one tank is not forced on you...give some fish away...
or spend $50 on a python water changer and all u need to do is sit down for 2 mins on sunday while the water drains. then u flip the switch and sit down for 2 mins while the tank fills. and then u spend a minute measuring out water conditioner. 5 mins total. and if you can afford all these fish, you can afford $50 for a water changer.

8inary 1 year ago 2
@8inary
The black bars are faily "rare" in fish stores. Others like the silver dist are also rarely seen.
Goldfish no longer in the tank. The Hifin is not technically a cold water fish. They can tolerate temps easily to 80 degrees.
Two most commonly asked questions. Answered over and over....(sigh)
