hello i was thinking about buying the "Kisai RPM SS LED Watch" but you say in the video it's a "polished silver" and everything else says stainless steel, why is that?

what is the fifth minute LED light for, because it never blinks? plus all the other watches only have 4 minute LED lights, please reply because im thinking of buying this one!

@whiskers24 Thanks for your message. The fifth light is the PM indicator but actually doesn't light up when the watch is in use. It is there so that when you set the time on the watch, you know whether you are setting the time in AM or PM.

It's useful to know whether you are setting the time in AM or PM because the watch has a light up animation feature and when this is activated, between 6pm and midnight the LEDs will rotate on and off once every 15 minutes (this can be turned off).

I prefer the silver one and am thinking of buying it, but something that crosses my mind is that the back version would be easier to see the LEDS with? If thats not the case, which lights are easier to see in general, im thinking green

@Slothwork Yes, as a rule, green is brighter than blue. It shouldn't matter whether the case is black or silver as the watch uses the same smoked lens.

I really like this watch! However, would it be possible to have white glowing led lights? Please? I think it would be much more sexier to match the silver. How much would it cost for you guys to replace it with white lights underneath? I just think white compliments it better.

@twn78705 Hello, thanks for the feedback. We would have to remake the watch with white lights, we can't simply replace the lights in one watch. White LEDs are quite a bit more expensive too. No promises but if there is enough interest it is a possibility.

@Tconl Hello there and thank you for the questions. RPM stands for Revolutions Per Minute. The inspiration for this name comes from the fact that the watch design looks like a turntable, which records are played on. If you have a look at other video reviews of RPM on the Tokyoflash YouTube channel, you may find a higher valued coupon ;-)

@Tconl Hello again, sorry, SS means stainless steel and Kisai is the brand name of the watch, which is a Japanese word which I believe means original, different & unique. Kisai RPM will be in stock again on around May 24th 2011. We are really sorry for the delay.

The thing I don't like is I pay XXX money and only get 1 year of waranty instead of 3/5/10 with some other watchmakers.

ps. I should have a CC to use in a short while but paypal options (albeit somewhat expensive for the store using it (compared to CC) could certainly give some extra customers.

@Tconl Unfortunately you can't use points or a coupon on a pre-order but on 12th May, when the watch is back in stock, you will be able to place a normal order and you will be able to use a coupon. The watch won't be sold out.

Unfortunately using PayPal isn't a viable option at the moment but we will continue to review payment options.

Is there any way to make it so the lights don't flash when you light it up?, Just the ones that need to be off stay off, and the ones that need to be lit stay lit, if that makes sense?
