You make several mistakes man, I am very disappointed. SI extension creates a longer leg. Review your bio-mechanics notes bud...Flexing the knee to 90 in the prone position eliminates a femoral LLI and isolates tibial LLI (think about it). Side posture SI adjusting should involve less counter rotation of the Lx ( no arm pull) unless u want to hit L5-S1. I am very upset with what I have seen here. Yes, I am in Chiropractic school in case you were curious.
@xcombine If they do it themselves chances are they might break their neck...chiropractors are professionals and know how to crack to ease tension and stiffness in the neck.
@xcombine Do you even know what a chiropracter does? Re alligns vertebra and discs in the spine, and can ajust your shoulder, knee, and feet. When you crack your nuckles for instance, your just releasing CO2 from the synovial fluid inside, but when you get ajusted, your moving discs and vertebra around into place again, the popping sound just happens when its happening.
even you are confused. Chiropractic is not about re-aligning things!!! UGH! It is about re-establishing the range of motion within a joint that has become stuck/restricted or has limited movement and is no longer moving properly. Your bones don't literally "move" out of place unless you dislocate something. You get older, things start getting stuck...
what about the segment/level you can't get because it is actually stuck? My friend, the ones you are adjusting are the ones you can get. What about the one that is stuck and creating the hypermobility in adjacent segments/levels?
I was in 2 bus accidents when I was 8 and 10. I went to the chiropractor when I was 13, and he told me that I needed to come every two weeks. After the visit I could not even move my neck or back afterwards and my dad had to help me get into the truck. Is this normal? I have been terrified to go back ever since because I did not notice any relief and I am now 24 and it has gotten much worse. My neck is arching, i now have migraines, and I have extreme lower back pain that shoots through my hip.
@jessicagomillion2 I know your reluctant to go back, but your going to have to im afraid, im sorry that your experience there wasn't how you expected.
@tweetlebugzz Yes, I should have... but I was so young that I hadn't considered it. I got really sick after the second bus accident, which threw me harder. I was actually upstairs laying in bed with my neck and back hurting when my mom signed a paper saying she wouldn't press charges on the man that was speeding that ran into our bus. She thought that I had come down with a virus. Anywho, as much as I despise a medical bill, I do plan on going within the next couple of weeks =)
I crack my neck and back on my own so often, I honestly don't think anything would happen if they tried to adjust me, like i don't think it would crack.
@kborntreger Sorry, but I doubt this guy who obviously has his degree to be able to do such things, is going to really take advice from some random 26 year old snob who post something like that, and yet I look at your profile and your last post was "YOUR A FAGGOT!!!!" Really? Perhaps put up your own videos of you performing stuff like this Doctor is doing and not killing anybody, then we will take you seriously.
No offense, but you are cheating your patients by grossly over adjusting them. I have yet to see any segment specific adjustments. When you thrust on upper cervicals like that, are you only adjusting C2 like you say in this video? Please do yourself a favor and attend some technique seminars in order to better serve your patients.
@JERKMONKEYYEH Depending on what health insurance you have you might not have to pay anything to go see a chiropractor. I know with my insurance I don't have to pay a dime.
@john medis: what's moronic is the whole abused overused concept of "one of your legs is longer than the other" = "i must attempt to crack your back to fix this, but even if your legs were the same length, i would need to attempt to crack your back to fix your back."
when it cracks, it's exactly what they wanted. when it doesn't crack, it's okay... the cracks don't matter it's an AMAZING adjustment. what a phony profession.
somebody needs to make a montage of all theese cracking videos with the cracking only one after the other.

my right leg is longer than my left leg and it rotates outwards as well... So seeing a chiropractor can help?

@jessicagomillion2 you should have gone to the doctor after the accidents to see if you had any injuries before going to a chiropractor.
