good exercises i trust they work but he doesn't have much vertical I doubt a 40 but he tired so i'll give him benefit of the doubt maybe low 30's on a good day
awesome! just what I was looking for by coincidence. Just wondering a few things. What should I do to substitute the keiser and vertex workout? Also what are the sets and reps? and rest time (between leg workouts) because I heard its easy to overtrain these muscles.

Ok, I'm 14 years old and 5' 5" and can barely get my fingertips over the rim. Will this help me get to be able to dunk in about a year or so?
