Unfortunately, I have no idea....this was a recording made at a family party in Alva, Scotland, in the early 1960s....the singer might have been my great-uncle, Will Stewart, but all who knew him passed away years ago. I uploaded this video because I found the singer's rendition to be very touching, filled with longing. Although it's obvious the singer isn't in his prime, there's still something special about this.
