Do you need EA and Dices permission to do this? I dont see why.. They dont own the weapon designs in real life, they only use them in their computer game.. Quite sure it would be wrong to contact EA and dice.

We would need to enter in contact with EA, and ask them to send us a letter which permits us to port the weapons from BF2.
We would need to call Dice too. It would take way too much time. Anyway, this is still online at some sites.

P90 is not illegal in the US.

The PS90 isn't, since that's the civilian-made one.
The PS90 is just a semi-automatic P90 with a longer barrel.
