@DobsQc How did you derestricted the ECU ? what did you use? I have an Aprilia sr factory 2006 my top speed is 83km/h but i didn't derestricted the ecu .

@AndreCavaDJ haha nice try. that IS derestricted. perhaps it didn't have a restriction at all. if it were restricted it would have gone up to 60. btw you can't go more than what you actually can. 83 is perfect for this scoot

hey can anyone tell me how to make the factory that fast or at least 70 kmh ? what do i have to do??? now it goes 55kmh which is too slow...i thought it is the maximum ?! :)

First, There is a washer in the Variator, It's a little ring you gotta remove, search on the internet

Second, If you are only going 55 kph, there is possibility that your pipe is restricted, you should remove it, and maybe there is a washer in the corner where it attach to the engine. IF theere is, punch it with a hammer and remove it.

With those 2 things, you would go like 75 kph. To go that fast like in the video, you would need to derestrict with the gameboy, but it's hard

Hello it's me again.

It seem that I can't get the ecu derestricted enywhere.(here in Finland) How did you derestrict the Ecu?

Does it make sense to buy the exhaust, rollers and springs without the Ecu derestriction?

Also do you know if there is a -Sr 50 factory- Rpm/rev limiter for sale. It seem there isn't any. If the cops test the bike, it would be nice to limit the speed. Every other bike has one. (in finland the "moped" speed limit is 45km/h and thats just stupid. Mine goes 78km/h.)

No there is no rev limiter, What you hear on mine was simply the variator washer wich was not removed, I removed it now.

Basicly... If local dealers can't derestrict it google highgaintuning, You can ship your ECU and he'll do it for you for like 30$. The problem for you is the shipping, It's going to put your bike iddle in the garage for a long time because he is in colorado.

And if you derestric, you'll go at about 85 kph. Desrestricting is better than going with a pipe.

From the videos in youtube there is 2 popular Exhausts.

Leovince Zx and Gianelli Extra.

How did you end up getting Leovince Zx-R.

Are they all good or is one of them better.

I would recommand getting the one that Is cheaper for you and more easy to get. In My region people buy from scooter attack or USA... I'm in Quebec, Canada. I bought My Zx-R from the usa from a Leovince reseller, The only way i could have bought a Extra would have been from kgi, but it was out of stock. And The Zx-R already came with the proper rollers and Springs. That was a +

Both are really good, Depends on the one that is cheaper and easier to get.

Yes, All stock My topspeed was 77 kph, When I derestricted the Ecu The fastest i went on flat grounf was 88 kph. pretty much 85-86kph on a regular day. With a way better acceleration. Really worth it.

And I just added an air filter and a Leovince Zx-R about a week ago, I reached 95 kph on flatground with a better acceleration again ! With 4.9g rollers and red clutchs springs
