It's the SP Daylight. Southern Pacific by brand, but i think some museum in OR owns it now. They run excursions on it occassionally, which is why we saw it here in Tacoma.

Unfortunatly, the City of Portland owns the 4449 and the 700. 4 small groups are struggling for money so the engines can have a safe, pemanent home.
