Halo: Combat Evolved i believe had the best story of the franchise. Halo reach was great but the first Halo just had it right. this installment lacked, the story very slow and the lighting was terrible. I felt when i bought this that it did not live up to the name Halo created. Honestly i felt Bungie lost their identity with xbox live it became about online multiplayer and not the story. Halo reach and wars did justice though however halo 2,3, and Odst did not.

I wouldnt say it was a bad game. But it was overpriced. $60? ODST was nothing but an expansion. The campaign was only 5-7 hours so its only about 3 quarters in length of halo 3. Also, there was alot of backtracking in the game when you play "Rookie". So its not like they put alot of effort into level design. The package gives you all the multiplayer maps that most players already had so wheres the benefit? Firefight? overrated multilayer mode . ODST should have been $40 like anniversary is

Six hour campaign? Like every Halo game, I have timed how long it takes for me to beat it. It took me 4 hours 17 minutes and 17 seconds to complete O.D.S.T. on Heroic. Not including cut scenes, and including New Mombasa Streets.
