i need help i have a 8 gig and i dont know how to install the software i have the market place but i dont know how to sink.also im having a problem having it getting connected.

hey, i just got a zune 8gb today. uhh

when you install the software.. do you plug your zune at the same time?.

im totally noob with zune.

i got used to ipods already.. im switching my taste to zune.

not required to connect the device.. u can install the software first and then connect the device...

Everytime I get to the zune softare installation it says this

Installation failed

Setup must stop because the required package "zune" didn't install

Please help

Hi Pat76767... If u r in canada u will not have marketplace... check ur regional and language options in control and change it to USA... Happy zuning..
