There was a recently released VF5R petition. I think we should change the name of the petition for this version. So we can get the latest version on consoles.

No. It just means this is the final version of the latest game, which is VF5. They'll do more VF games.

If there will be a release of a new VF5 on console, Sega will obviously port the newest version.
