I remember seeing that, but I think what is meant is that George is based on Larry's personality, some of George's lines are "pure Larry", the character is not Larry though, if you have seen Curb you will see the difference , this is closer to a pure Larry character I think, or as Larry has put it "it is me saying and doing all the things I'm too afraid or polite to do in reality" George is quite different I think.
