A Pastor's Rebuke To Single Men & Married Men: Proceed With Caution!

I agree 100% that Christian men absolutely should not abuse, dishonor, or disrespect women. In Matthew 22:36-40 we're called toLOVE God and to LOVE our neighbor as ourselves! NO ONE should be abused, dishonored, or disrespected by a Christian. That being said, Christian women have NO right to abuse, dishonor, or disprespect men either, and it takes 2 to dance. Mark Driscoll systemically fails to acknowledge their evil in his condemnation.

@Scurvey1982 - Thanks for watching the video. In defense of Mark Driscoll, he did address the women as well as the men. The clip that you heard is from a sermon on "Marriage and Men." The sermon which acknowledges women is titled, "Marriage and Women" (3-15-2009) and can be found on the church's website. I would also encourage you to be slow to pass judgement without first inquiring about this matter. God Bless!

@identity313 Can I ask a question ? Do you think it's wrong for a guy to watch porn when he say's he loves you. Then when busted, he say's im only human, and this is a natural thing all guy's do it. Yes, Christian men should treat women with the love of Christ but to say that God "has turned His back" on a man because he commits sin is an abominable teaching. We are saved by grace and we stay in fellowship with God by GRACE, not by our deeds. I pray that by God's grace you learn to preach God's grace.
