There is much more to life than your credit score. I used to be a slave to credit just five years ago, but today I am proud to be debt free. I don't use credit cards, or have car payments. If I don't have the cash I don't buy it. When you don't have a shit load of bills you'll be surprised how much cash you can save.
Ameritards cannot even take responsibility for their own financial mistakes, Big Brother will come in and save them. You buy a house that puts a big strain on your monthly budget, then, you go out and buy a bunch of junk with a credit card, then, you get a heloc so you can go out and buy more junk. Why has this society lost all discipline, because they can rely on Big Brother to bail them out.
Hi, Thanks for the video. Do you think Fair Issac and Co will change this in the future? It would seem that loan mod candidates are a higher credit risk.
Even if the homeowners had zero late payments, creditors may want to know this.
I guess we'd have to go back to the lenders and find out how they are reporting loan mods to the credit bureau. Please keep us up to date.
I did my modification on my own. No need to call these hacks...my mod was complete in 4 months...save your money and do it on your own.
