"Comptine d'un autre été" is actually the title of this music, which Yann Tiersen composed for the film "Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain". And it is a totally enchanting piece of music. I don't know of it having any connection with "nuages" (clouds) or "le vent" (the wind). And I couldn't figure out what these girls were supposed to represent. Dancing? Lesbian romance? Sorry! I guess I can only associate this music with that beautiful film - and of course with Amélie herself.
