As I understand it Sally Ann Howes was Julie's broadway replacement and she didn't start until Feb 1958,Rex left the broadway version in Dec 57, so it's possible Julie left around that time too and they with Stanley Holloway went to London for the West End production of My Fair Lady which opened April 29th 1958, Julie started on Camelot after her West End run.
