Remember this song very well indeed - I saw them supporting Level 42 in Brighton. My then-girlfriend later tracked down their "Medicine Man" album for me, which I would still like on CD. They later did a groovy cover version on the Steve Miller Band's "Fly Like An Eagle", which I only had as a cassette single.
@jackjay1 Also bought the album and a couple of singles straight away, sadly (now, not then) on vinyl only. I really should look for CD's of the albums
@Love42se i seen them at the edinburgh plahouse supporting level 42. i thought they were awsome went out straight away & bought the album, have it on cd now & still listen to it. they released another album which i have to, it was much more dance orientated.
@Love42se me too. Saw them supporting L42 at GMEX Manchester, Jan '89. They were deffo the best support act I had seen upto that gig (and prob still are to be honest). Pity they didn't make it bigger
My goodness, this is like, 1986, played on The Tube, Yes/No people were on after this, Habit took 2 years to actually release this as a single! Loved this tune.
